Raw Material Preparation: Before manufacturing, we inspect and test the centella asiatica. We only use traceable, qualified raw herbs. Then we clean and dry the centella asiatica to remove impurities. Grinding is also needed to increase the efficiency of active ingredient release.

Extraction: We use hydroethanolic extraction to extract pentacyclic triterpenes. During extraction, we strictly control the temperature, time, and solid-liquid ratio. Then we get the extract liquid containing active ingredients.

Filtration and Purification: In addition to the pentacyclic triterpenes, hydroethanolic extraction also has untargeted ingredients, including plant fibers and insoluble impurities. We use our filtration and purification system to remove residues and improve purity. The appearance and quality stability of final products are also enhanced.

Concentration: The filtered extract still contains a large amount of solvent. A concentration process is required. We use vacuum concentration to make the solvent evaporate at a lower temperature. The botanical active ingredients are better protected from the heat. 

Spray Drying: In this process, hot air quickly removes moisture and turns the concentrated gotu kola liquid extract into powder. Spray drying technology improves powder flowability and stability, making it ideal for industrial formulations.

Particle Size Control: Dried powder can be different in particle size. So, we use sieving to control the particle size. Then we can get a more uniform powder with enhanced flowability. Also, the particle size is customizable. We offer gotu kola extract powder to meet your particle size standards, suitable for your applications.

Quality Inspections and Packaging: After manufacturing, quality inspections are required. We conduct HPLC active ingredient testing, safety testing, and other tests to assess the product specifications. Only quality-assured gotu kola extract powder can be packed and shipped. 

For packaging, our standard packaging is 1 kg aluminum foil bags and 25 kg fiber drums with inner double-layer PE bags. The packaging is also customizable.
